“The Leadership Academy presents us with an opportunity to do ministry together in new ways. This is an exciting opportunity to equip leaders, both lay and clergy, to build and sharpen the skills needed to serve our communities in our ever-changing world.”

Sister Sara Galyon

“The Leadership Academy gives confidence when approaching a new calling in the church.”

Pastor Matt Henning

“This is an incredible opportunity to continue to develop my skills as an ordained pastor as the needs of the church evolve with our changing world. God calls us, but we are never finished learning and growing in knowledge and grace."

Pastor Jamie Witt

"I am excited about the Leadership Academy providing opportunities to equip, empower, and engage all of God’s people in their faith. This academy offers tools for us to revive our faith and congregation's ministry."

The Rev. Dr. Kevin L. Strickland, Bishop

“It’s hard to lead when we don’t feel equipped or supported; hard to say 'yes' when we don’t know what that 'yes means.' Leadership Academy is a chance to learn new skills, new ideas, and gain confidence that God has called each of us to serve—and none of us do it alone.”

Pastor Will Starkweather

"As a 30 year veteran educator, I am a proponent of learning and growth! The Leadership Academy is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to pair with the calling that God has placed within each of us."

Pastor Sonya solomon

"The Holy Spirit's stirring through Leadership Academy will empower and equip you for opportunities to nurture and develop God's impact for the world. Whether a new volunteer or an experienced Pastor, this is a moment to say 'Yes' and watch where the Spirit leads!"
