The Leadership Academy Team

We are Southeastern Synod lay and rostered leaders collaborating to ensure high-quality continuing education and faith (re)formation. Board members chart the Leadership Academy's progress toward Vision 2028. Steering Committee members guide and directly assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of courses and events. Commission on Research Ethics advisors provide ethical oversight of Leadership Academy-related research. Together, we are dedicated to the long-term vitality of a learning community that equips and inspires leaders to serve faithfully in their congregations and beyond.
